Kate Middleton (real name Catherine Elizabeth Middleton), entitled Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge, was born on 9 January 1982 at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. She grew up in Chapel Row, a small town near Newbury, Berkshire, in England.
